I had a very pleasant stay at this family-owned and operated hotel in Lusaka. The property has been decently renovated and is well maintained, with lots of greenery and mature trees that give it a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which really makes the experience stand out.The hotel has a small restaurant that serves good food, and the location is very convenient—several markets and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Overall, it offers great value, a warm personal touch, and a comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lusaka.

I really enjoyed my stay!The one-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. The customer care was outstanding. It was peaceful and quiet, and the people were so friendly, they even taught me some local languages, which I really appreciated.Despite Zambia’s common issue of load-shedding, they had electricity throughout my stay, which was a big plus!There were a few minor issues, but I reported them to management and they responded quickly and professionally. That kind of service makes a big difference. Highly recommended!
