Very disappointed! My vehicle took over 2 weeks and nothing was done to it!I was told bumper repairs were made yet I found that not one bolt had been touched by a wrench pretty easy to identify when a bolt has Not been cracked open. My vehicle also sat in the rain with the top off for 2 weeks. I was also told they would wash the vehicle before pickup time. Car was Not clean had a 2 second wipe down and looked like a rock or pebble was in the rag as there is a new scratch about 10in. Long on my quarter panel the hood also came back with a broken exterior vent not sure how this even happens and my vehicle was in 4x4 when I picked it up along with the sidewalls of my new tires having curb rash and my rear tail light still does Not work.So nothing done accept more damage and possibly joy riding my vehicle... it cost me more money to have their negligent so-called work repairedNever Again!!!

The service here is excellent! I’m someone who has no idea about cars and they made me feel right at peace. I went to another body shop who gave me the run around for weeks. All it took was one call for the part I needed at Reseda Coachcraft auto body shop and it was all done. What a relief!
