I recently visited MD Dental for a deep cleaning and a crown, and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end.The hygienist was very professional and did a fantastic job. My crown was designed using advanced 3D technology, which allowed the laboratory to create it with great precision. When it was placed, the crown fit perfectly with no additional adjustments needed, which really shows the quality of their work.The office is very clean, modern, and well organized. The lady at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and professional. Everything was handled on time, and I truly appreciated that there was very little waiting.Another thing that impressed me was the efficiency of the process. Within about a week and a half, they called me back with the final crown ready to replace the provisional one.The entire team made the process smooth, comfortable, and very professional. I highly recommend MD Dental to anyone looking for modern dental care and excellent service.

It's insane that this business has plummeted in customer wait times. What's the point of scheduling appointments and have your patients waiting over a hour and a half?! Double booking appointments is not customer friendly nor fair to your customers! I have been complaining about the same issue for over six months and there has been no improvements. If I did not start my orthodontic treatment here, I would switch dentist offices. They do not care either, at all. I have yet to be serviced for a 10:30 am appointment, it's 12:06 PM!! These reviews have to be fake, they were previously Dentist4 and nothing has changed. It's hell to even get them by phone to make an appointment.Update: MD DENTAL POMPANO BEACH IS USING ANOTHER DENTAL COMPANIES BUILDING ON SATURDAY’S!!! Further questioning their business practices and stability. Also, these reviews are most definitely fake, it’s complaints every single time I go here. I have been going for years and complaining for the last year! Asking for management for the last 6 months, never any help or improvement!
