I had been looking for a jeweler to reset my engagement ring. I had a 1 carat cluster ring and I wanted to keep my original setting but add on a HUGE center stone, and I’m so happy that I found Val on Instagram threads! Val was just amazing to work with. She made sure to ask all the right questions and she made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process! The experience was unbelievable. Vladine was the most amazingly person to work with and designed my wife ring far beyond expectations. It took me about 8 months to get this design perfectly but with Valdine expertise and services we nailed it. The payment and shipping process was great. Her professionalism and dedication through the process was unspeakable. The final product was speechless and left my fiancé shocked for days. This was one of the most amazing and exciting experience in my life. It took about 8 months to complete the designing process as we were very particular of what we wanted. I was nervous to work with someone who was located so far away from me, especially since most of our conversations were through text and email but I definitely made the right decision in trusting her. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted for my ring but ultimately I chose a design that I found on her Instagram page. She executed it perfectly!! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the ring is more stunning than I could have ever imagined. I love it! I keep looking at my ring; it’s just amazing. After months of thinking I knew what ring I wanted, Val had this gorgeous Santa Maria ring that I just fell in love with. We have talked on and off for months and I swear when she showed me this, it was like she knew it was for me. From to start to finish of working with her, she has been nothing short of fabulous.
