That advice was the reason we engaged them.A grant was submitted that we were not eligible for. Another grant was obtained, but it was for overseas activities and completely unusable for our business. We later discovered these issues ourselves, not through the provider.We are now close to $20,000 out of pocket with no usable outcome and no meaningful value received. Promises of further support were made, but communication stopped.If you are considering this service, ask very clear questions about eligibility checks, accountability, and what happens if the advice provided is wrong before committing.

Do not bother with this business, they will book you in and never show up to the meeting and when Kim finally returned a phone call after many attempts I made to contact them, all she had to say was there must have been a glitch, if that's the service you will get before anything happens that is pathetic!!
