They canceled two appointments in a row, and left me with a temporary crown for over a month, even though my permanent crown had arrived weeks ago. Since a temporary crown is only intended to be in place for 1-2 weeks, it fell out. With the prior owner/dentist, I could have popped in and he would have replace it, immediately. I called the new owner/dentist, left a number of messages, and no one called back. So, I have an empty space where a tooth should be, the entire staff is m.i.a., and they have my permanent crown (that I already paid for), so I cannot even see another dentist. Dr. Asgari and his assistants are unexperienced. I took my mom to see Dr. Asgari and after seeing my mom he recommended her to make a new dentures, per him the old dentures were worn out. Dr. Asgari and his assistants are unexperienced. I took my mom to see Dr. Asgari and after seeing my mom he recommended her to make a new dentures, per him the old dentures were worn out. He went ahead and made a new dentures and one of his assistant took the impression which was too loose. So therefore the dentures came out too big because he should have taken the impression not his unexperienced assistant. So we were going back and forth to his office for 8 months for adjustment still nothing was fixed. So he didn't take the responsibility and blamed her for not having enough gums. So every time when we went for adjustment his assistants tried to push the dentures harshly towards the gums on a 82 year old woman which her gums are fragile. So since then my mom developed aphthous ulcer which is really painful and not healing because the dentures are not fitting correctly and too loose. So I wasted my big money, time, and caused so much pain and suffering to mom. If I could I would give zero star to this doc. Less

First times I've had to have work done and it didn't hurt.My back tooth got chipped pretty bad and it looked like a root canal but it's been 2 or 3 weeks since they fixed it and everything is all good . Dr Kim performed an exam and recommended a root canal to ease the pain of the exposed, infected nerve under an old temporary cap on a wisdom tooth. Full course of Penicillin prescribed along with Tylenol 3 to help with pain management. Full course lasts 10 days, but less than 3 days of pain meds and will not refill the pain meds. Even lied to me and said it was due to a pharmacy restriction. ... More

Their office came up with the schedule with root canal scheduled for 3 August, still 8 full days left and I run out of pain meds this afternoon. Time to explore a new dentist... You might want to rethink using this dental office in light of my "treatment"...UPDATE: I went back by Target and they called the dentist office and got a refill in 5 minutes. The Target text notification did not work and I was not aware until later in the day.So, either the receptionist who spoke in person with me is racist against whites, prejudiced against veterans, unable to communicate with a dentist and patient or the dental office is completely incompetent.Went by today to cancel all appointments, as I certainly cannot trust my dental care to this practice...If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would not send my worst enemy there unless you enjoy torture and being put into a situation with constant tooth pain and denied relief of pain medications. Less
