John has helped me transition from employer based insurance to Medicare and supplemental insurance. I loved his teaching heart and before we even discussed what was best for me, he took the time to educate me from the beginning as far as how Medicare works and how my personal situation fits within the options. I cannot say enough about how great John is, at what he does. I had emailed him my details, what coverage I had, prescriptions, health in general. He researched and found me better less expensive options (with which I’ve been very satisfied) before he was licensed in my state. He knew he couldn’t sell me insurance but he helped me out anyway. That speaks volumes to me! My friends who have John as their agent are also very happy with his care, knowledge and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

John has been great to work with. Over the past several weeks he has assisted both my husband and myself with Medicare supplemental plans as well as Part D plans. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in language that we could understand. He walked us through the different drug plans that would best fit our needs. If I hadn't connected him I would have selected a drug plan that did not cover one of my most expensive prescriptions. John is very patient and easy to get in contact with. We set up several phone calls and he called right on time. He also sent us several links with more information to help explain the whole medicare process. John Bush has been a wonderful agent for me since 2018. He calls himself an "insurance geek," and I have found that to be absolutely true. He is knowledgable, efficient, competent, courteous, and personable. He returns my telephone calls and emails within a few hours. He handles problems for me, whenever possible. At one point, my supplementary insurance company contacted me to tell me that it was canceling my insurance because it had no record of the payments I had made. I felt overwhelmed and afraid. I emailed John, and he had the problem cleared up by the next day. John evaluates my medical needs each fall and compares them to the available insurance companies and what they provide. He then recommends the supplemental insurance and script insurance that has the lowest cost for my needs. He also keeps me updated on Medicare changes. I have referred my husband and my younger siblings to him because he has simplified the process of switching to Medicare and choosing low-cost supplemental insurance for me by about 90%. And, he does all of this without charging me a consulting fee! If there is anything better than an "insurance geek," it's a FREE "insurance geek!" Pam Sibbel
