From my initial enquiry through to the completed installation, the entire experience was outstanding.The team responded quickly with a competitive quote, and my new air conditioner was installed within just two weeks. They also took care of all the paperwork required for the NSW government rebate, making the whole process completely hassle-free.The office staff were friendly, helpful and customer-focused. Every phone call, text message and email was answered promptly, and communication throughout the process was excellent.On installation day, the tradespeople arrived exactly on time, were courteous, professional and clearly took pride in their work. Despite the installation being on a difficult site, they completed the entire job in around five hours to a very high standard. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, removed my old air conditioner and took away all packaging and off-cuts, leaving everything neat and tidy.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service.
