We got quotes from several window replacement companies, including nationally advertised companies. The nationally advertised companies pushed to have you make an immediate decision, and followed up with annoying phone calls. Joe was very laid back and personable. Plus, his quote was much more reasonable than other companies. The communication was great during the whole process from ordering to installation. The crew that installed the windows were very knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, the windows look great. We plan on using Windoor Retro Installations next year to replace a few more windows.

Joe listened to the details of what we wanted on our project and then went above and beyond to find the exact option that would work best in our home. Kept us in the loop during the whole ordering process and his installers did a great job. Would highly recommend!
