I paid for my apartment to be deep cleaned but the cleaner only did bathroom and kitchen. I told alex about it and he said there’s nothing we can do if u want we can schedule another deep cleaning for you that i would i have to pay for the full price he only offered $50. Now if i want to deep clean i have to pay almost the same price as before. I am so disappointed. I was promised another deep cleaning for free after i complained but when it was time alex refused.

We’ve tried a few different cleaning services in Irvine and could never really find the right fit until we found Noble Maid Cleaning. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The booking process was super easy, they communicated clearly the whole way through, and we appreciated that they accept credit card payments which makes things so much more convenient.The team that came to clean our place truly went above and beyond for the price. They were efficient but didn’t rush, and they paid attention to the little details that other cleaners often overlook like our baseboards, air fryer, and even making sure the dishes were actually clean. We’ve had past experiences where dishes came out still feeling oily or with food stuck on them, but not the case here at all.The cleaners were also really friendly and respectful of our space, and it was clear they took pride in their work. We’re definitely planning to stick with Noble Maid Cleaning moving forward and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Irvine area looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service.Definitely worth it !!!
