After seeing many posts on Facebook from Karl I decided to give One Big Heart yoga a try. I was very lucky to get a 28 day free trial and it was amazing. The instructors are very supportive, encouraging and welcoming. It truly is a great studio. My favourite class is the hot yoga it is a full body workout and you walk out feeling energised and revitalised. I highly recommend the studio.

It’s not just about yoga it’s about the community and the support from all the instructors and especially Karl the owner of one big heart. Plenty of different options for classes throughout the week with a great variety of instructions who have their own unique and different way of presenting their classI’ve enjoyed getting back into yoga and having the ability to attend more classes than just once a weekHighly recommended for people of all abilities or those who may not have ever tried yoga in the past

I’m new to Yoga and have been going to One Big Heart several times per week for the last three weeks. I’ve found it a very welcoming and supportive environment and I’ve already learnt so much and made some new friends. I like it so much that I’ve just signed up for 6 months membership. I’m excited to continue my yoga journey.
