I've just finished my one month unlimited and I highly recommend One Big Heart!! Not only are the yoga classes varied, interesting and ever-changing, but I believe I've now found my respite after long days at work. At every class I've been treated with respect, patience and kindness, and I'm always so much happier during and after my practice than what I was beforehand. I've truly found that One Big Heart benefits the mind, body and soul, and now attending classes throughout the week is a must! Thank you One Big Heart ❤️

Just became a member after a few months of casual classes. Great value for money with the membership option. Really have loved the different options too. I have had a fractured spine and multiple dessicated discs not too long ago in a work accident and was in a wheelchair for a period of time and ever since has been a slow neverending recovery. I’ve tried a million things and Yoga seems to really assist with ensuring it hasn’t gotten worse. Hayley has been my favourite! Followed by Ben and Danica. Super forgiving and no ego at all. Just a bunch of people trying to better themselves with gentle guidance.

After seeing many posts on Facebook from Karl I decided to give One Big Heart yoga a try. I was very lucky to get a 28 day free trial and it was amazing. The instructors are very supportive, encouraging and welcoming. It truly is a great studio. My favourite class is the hot yoga it is a full body workout and you walk out feeling energised and revitalised. I highly recommend the studio.

Plenty of different options for classes throughout the week with a great variety of instructions who have their own unique and different way of presenting their classI’ve enjoyed getting back into yoga and having the ability to attend more classes than just once a weekHighly recommended for people of all abilities or those who may not have ever tried yoga in the past
