We had such a great experience with the Titan team! Paul came out to estimate/evaluate our asbestos. He was timely, professional and patient with our questions. I can't speak to their work because I wasn't able to hire them, but their customer service could use some help. I reached out through their online contact page twice with no response, tried to call them but the line was down, and finally got a reply to an email I sent as a last resort. (They were highly recommended so I wanted to work with them). When they finally called me back they sent someone out right away, and he was very professional and nice. He sent a quote the next day, I accepted and asked when they could get to it, and then I never heard back. They said they would check their calendar and just never replied. I followed up with an email and no response to that either. I ended up calling another company that was amazing to work with, called me back right away, fit me in the next day for a more reasonable price.

Titan was hired to do an asbestos abatement in our basement. Arturo Monroy and his team did an amazing job! They reassured me of the safety and care they would take because I was nervous for my family. They were so careful and followed all the safety guidelines (I researched). The crew was early every day, polite and always went right to work. They even swept out my garage and left the area so clean. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will be hiring them. Great experience.

The on-site tester/tech was very friendly and professional and working with her on my property was a great experience. Otherwise, it seems that the corporate/business office needs to freshen up their professionalism when it comes to communicating with customers. Especially if they want repeat customers or referrals. I won’t be working with them again due to unprofessionalism from the main office. They invoiced me for overnight testing shipment yet I’m going on 2-3 weeks without results.

We were scheduled to have asbestos removed from steam piping in the basement of our home. Titan's men arrived on time, went right to work. They worked through lunch to assure that they completed project in one day. They cleaned up and left the work area cleaner than it was before they started. My experience with Titan Environmental was phenomenal. The inspection was done by Travis. This company from start to finish were absolutely amazing, they didn't just test for mold, they gave me relief from my already debilitating anxiety, mold has only made it worse. I appreciated the time they took to answer every question. With anxiety, there's always many. They're very knowledgeable and that's a huge help when you're overwhelmed with mold and it's complexity. Thank you Travis for your patience with my anxiety and walking through for me to point at every little spot I could find to ask if it was mold (please don't do this, he's very good, my pointing did not find anything more, don't torture this good guy haha) but sincerely, thank you, and to all at Titan, thank you so much!
