I had my house cleaned 2x per month for over a year by this company. And Beware: The owner is completely absent. She’s there for the first couple times to sell you and then she sends a different group of people every week - none of which speak English. They have often stolen cleaning supplies from my house, each time saying it was “an accident” and each time bringing them back because I have cameras. They also use about 3 rolls of paper towels every time they come - which is an out of pocket expense for the customer. They don’t bring any supplies at all. Over time, little by little, I realized it wasn’t worth it anymore. The longer I stayed a customer the worse I was treated. The more I let things roll off my back and put up with them, the more they took advantage. I had referred them to 3 of my friends and family members in the beginning and all 3 stopped using them after a couple months. And to this day they all say “why are earth are you still using that company!? they are awful!”. So this is partially my fault for giving them so many chances.Anytime I would try to politely show the owner that they didn’t clean something her response was “we don’t clean that anymore because of an incident at a different house”. Overtime she said they no longer clean TVs, picture frames, bookshelves, any surface are above 5’, BBQ, or inside microwaves! All because “it’s too much of a liability” she said. So basically they only clean floors, coffee tables, and change sheets now. For $250 per time for a small 1,500 square foot house in East Northport — It’s ridiculous! They “can’t clean” anything that’s breakable… so that’s basically everything. If you want the oven cleaned — good luck! Not only is it “extra $50” even if I was paying $600 for a deep clean, you have to wait months for them to get the “special cleaner” and then they don’t even clean the glass — Just the parts that are metal. So basically I waited almost 4 months for them to clean my oven and it wasn’t even done to completion.The owner also refuses to provide receipts, only takes payment in cash or to her personal Venmo - not the business Venmo - saying she “doesn’t want to pay taxes”.Lastly, I finished construction on my basement for my kids playroom and she tried to charge me an extra $150 on top of what I was already paying. It’s essentially one large room with a rug. Since she’s not present for any of the cleanings, the owner would also frequently try to charge me for things that were never completed or even happened. And then she would say “sorry I thought they did the outside” or “sorry I thought they cleaned the basement”. She has no clue what goes on. The owner is just disconnected from everything going on and she abuses her workers and makes them collect her money while she sits around doing nothing at home. This was one of, if not the worst, business experiences of my life. I’m attaching photos of what they consider “clean” after $600 DEEP CLEAN. Consider yourself warned. Less

Massy worked with her mum in law for our deep cleaning for our 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, fireplace and family room. The price is very reasonable. It was a very good job overall; notably, we were particularly impressed with how sparkly our shower glass door, mirrors and glass pieces on French door and windows became afterwards. Also, she communicates clearly with us to identify what we want and she is also friendly and flexible with accommodating our cleaning needs. We are going to keep getting her help for sure.
