I’m always confident that if he has places to show me, they are of quality and have real potential. A brief story: For my second time looking for a rental with Jose, I came to him in a bit of a time crunch. I had just over a month to find a new apartment before my current lease ended. Jose immediately sprang into action finding the *perfect* place on the *first* try (no exaggeration). I was a little hesitant at first with the price, but Jose offered me an extremely frank discussion based on his experience and reassured me based on my income that it was entirely doable (he was right). After the walk through, he did all of the leg work expeditiously, and got me into my new place just in time. I’d been there for 3 years - on occasion still shocked that I lived there. More recently I came back to Jose for help finding my first house. I walked into this new chapter knowing NOTHING about home buying. He took every chance he got to teach me the ins and outs of home buying, and make sure I was comfortable and prepared for every step that in the process. I honestly felt like I had a expert friend on my team who had my best interests in mind. Even though my schedule was a bit weird at times, and my area was interest was physically far from where Jose lives, he was always very enthusiastic about showing me any and all places I found interesting. He not only made every effort to alert me about areas of concern, (whether it was in the actual homes themselves, or in the offer/mortgage process), but he also reassured me when I was worried about non-issues. Ultimately, I closed on my new place in *less than a month* with a VA loan. I attribute that 100% to Jose dedication along with his partners at fairway mortgage.
