I have come a long way from being the potato I once was. I'm able to walk 2 km when walking down a long hallway was a difficult challenge. I have been able to loose weight and have more energy. Hello, I am sharing my 9 months’ experience with Daniel. In our initial meeting, we set realistic goals after discussing my fitness needs. I wanted to shed some pounds and build some muscles. We started working on cardio fitness for the first three months. Meanwhile, I built my personal gym in my basement. Daniel wrote a customized fitness program for me and monitored my progress periodically including recording my body measurements. He modified the program regularly so that we could work on different groups of muscles, but the core group of muscle exercises were always kept as an integral part of our daily routine.Our daily routine is a combination of cardio and weights. Each session starts with ten minutes of warm up exercises and ends with stretching. What I like about Daniel the most is his time management. He is very punctual and never wastes a single minute during the session. He is very meticulous and documents all the details such as number reps, amount of weight lifted, recovery time etc. This helps us to monitor our progress and plan next sessions. I have been trained by different trainers in the past but my experience with Daniel is the best so far. He is very focused on client's progress and concerns. He mixes and matches a variety of exercises to cater to the client's needs which makes sessions very interesting. He not only insists on a healthy diet but also enforces the importance of balancing calorie consumption and usage.I am pleased that our partnership is helping me to reach my fitness goals. Less
