Alicia has cut my boy hair twice so far and she has always been so sweet, friendly, and incredibly fast, which is exactly what you need with a wiggly toddler. She is also super knowledgeable about how to handle toddler hair and made the whole process completely stress-free. This is why we are always coming back.

Had our 2 year olds hair cut here by Alicia Perez. She was lovely. The service was quick and professional and the cut came out just as we hoped. She was patient with our son and checked in with us along the way. The place was clean and comfortable as well.

Alicia is always wonderful! She consistently provides excellent customer service. She is kind, patient, and very professional.However, during our visit today(4:00 - 4:30 PM)we witnessed another employee yelling at Alicia in front of us. We found this extremely disrespectful, not only toward Alicia as an employee and a person, but also toward us as customers who had to witness such an uncomfortable and unprofessional situation.Alicia deserves to be treated with respect, just like every employee does. We will gladly continue coming back because of her, but we sincerely hope management addresses this incident.No employee should be treated that way, especially in front of customers.

Everytime I come here it’s always a nerve wracking experience because my son hates haircuts and freaks out, but these people always does their best and has expert levels of patience. Shout out to Chelle, she was so great with my son and for the first time ever he was calm during a haircut!
