House to Home HVAC has been an absolute godsend. I'm extremely paranoid about HVAC work since I've had technicians that literally set my furnace on fire, but Dustin at House to Home has been beyond incredible. He and Tyler installed a new furnace, hot water heater, and AC for my home, redid an old vent to be a cold air return for upstairs, and when the upstairs wasn't cooling enough, they installed dampers to force more air upstairs and the house has never been more comfortable. Absolutely incredible guys.They're extremely kind and communicative, always telling me the details about their work so I can take proper care of the equipment, and every anxious call I've had about (completely normal) new equipment smells has been met with kindness and compassion. They're always on top of maintenance, and even showed me how to change my own air filter in case it needs an extra swap in between maintenance sessions. They are truly wonderful, and I can't possibly recommend them enough. My house is so comfortable and all of my fears about HVAC systems are gone since I know Dustin and Julia are always there to respond to my calls. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Everyone should go to them for their HVAC needs.

Dustin was referred to us from another well-known HVAC company in the area that didn't work on the brand of gas fireplace we have in our house. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Dustin's thoroughness of pinpointing the multiple gas leaks in our fireplace and the solutions he offered to address all of the issues. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was great to talk with about other things besides the fireplace. He is building a highly reputable business while juggling the responsibilities of having a young family. I highly recommend Dustin for all of your HVAC needs - you'll be glad you called him!

Tyler came today on time just as planned and did an outstanding job of determining the problem which is a complicated problem. He discussed options and solutions. His knowledge and experience was very evident. I had two representatives from another company who didn’t know what they were doing, guessed at how to solve the problem and just charged me for non solution work. So I a very happy with Tyler’s advice and counsel.
