Really disappointing experience. I booked based on the availability shown online, only to have my appointment cancelled last minute because their availability wasn’t accurate. They then refused to rebook me after I’d previously rescheduled, despite taking no deposit. I found the communication unnecessarily personal and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Absolutely excellent Hijamah (cupping) experience! The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They took their time to explain the treatment and made sure I felt comfortable throughout.The clinic was clean, comfortable and had a calm, professional atmosphere.
