I’ve spent the past 6 months working with Nick as my online coach to help improve my running.Nick has been a great help and has continually updated my plans to meet my needs as I progress closer to events.Nick has added lots of new exercises to my routine which have helped with my mobility and running style. I found Nick through a recommendation off of a friend, and decided to do his runners diagnostic test to get a measure of my strength and also any imbalances that existed in each side of my body, as I was struggling with a lot of niggles and injuries whenever I ramped up my weekly running mileage.Nick ran me through a thorough test that provided me with valuable insights into some substantial imbalance and weakness that I had in my body. I found Nick really kind and personable through this session so I decided to use him as a coach to improve my strength for running.I’m currently training for an ultra marathon and Nick tailored a program for me to suit my long distance running training. After a few months of training under nick I’ve made significant improvements in strength and reduced the imbalances in my body by quite a lot. My running feels a lot stronger and more stable, and I’ve had no issues with my knees, hips and ankles which I have struggled with a lot in the past.The workouts he gave me were perfect for an athletic style of training and have taught me the importance of utilising core and balance throughout all my training. On top of this, Nick made sure to call me weekly and keep track of how I was feeling and progressing, making changes for me when necessary.Overall feeling a lot more confident in my body after a few short months working with Nick and excited for how I can progress more with this new knowledge in the future. My body feels stronger and less achy and my legs recover a lot faster from my training.Happy customer - Jesse. Less

Nick has really transformed my approach to training. Adding focus on strength to build more resilience in my training and has really given me a lot more balance. This balance has allowed me to increase the amount I run and play sport. As I get older it’s more important to focus on trying to future proof my body. I’ve gone to Nick for strength training advice, running advice and diagnostics. Nick makes it easy to understand the dynamics involved when running and training and as he is an avid runner, very easy to relate to. Highly recommend! Less

I had a great experience getting a diagnostic running test with Nick. I have been struggling with ongoing runners' knee and feeling like "rest" and stretching advice wasn't really working. After the test I have a really good sense of what is going on, how to be more targeted in strength training and most importantly feel reassured I will get back to running sooner rather than later. Nick has a great disposition and clearly an expert in his field. Couldn't recommend him enough! Less

Nick is an expert in sports science and he took time to evaluate my issues though advanced techniques, tools and equipment. He showed and later shared the results of the evaluation, which was very helpful. He advised me on immediate next steps and on medium to longer term measures to improve my fitness and running. It was a very effective meeting and worth every minute. I recommend Nick to anyone who is starting on a fitness journey (like me) as well as advanced sportspersons. Thanks Nick. Less
