I went to Valspa to get eyeliner tattoo she did a wonderful job. The first time I went, I had a hooded eyelids at and you could not see the eyeliner on the top so she told me I should get my eyelids done and I did and then I went back and she did my eyes again for free then I went the third time and she did a touchup for free. Also, she’s very nice and very professional. I would recommend anybody to go there. I am very happy with the results.

Val is amazing! She listens to what you need and delivers! She takes her time and asks many clarifying questions throughout the process to ensure you will love the end result. After my initial appointments,I was ecstatic about the result of my brows but what was truly impressive to me was that her expert eye caught areas of my brows that may need a retouch and she went out of her way to perfect her work by inviting me back for an additional touch up at no additional cost. That proved to me that she takes pride in her work and values her clients. Her work speaks for itself!

I felt extremely uncomfortable about my experience with Valspa. On the day of my appointment, Val seemed to have a cold ( or Covid?). She kept coughing with her mask under her chin and her hand covering her mouth. After we walked into the room, she didn't bother sanitizing her hands before touching my face for 20-30 seconds when explaining her plan of my procedure. Really? Touch someone face with the unsanitized hand that covered your coughs minutes ago? When I was already lying down for the procedure, she held her phone toward me and asked if she could take a photo of my lips. It appeared more of FYI than asking for permission from me. When the procedure was almost finished, she started to APPLY FOUNDATION TO MY FACE! This was definitely not the scope of my procedure. I got confused and didn't know her intention until she held her phone close to my face again. She wanted my skin to look good in her photos! Why would you apply something to your customer's face that's irrelevant to the procedure without any notice? A week after my procedure, I found out that she posted my photos and VIDEOS on her Instagram. Yes, not only photos but also videos! Val never communicated with me that she'd use them on her social media. Otherwise, I would have said no. The result is just ok, but this is the most painful and disrespectful procedure I have ever had. I don't recommend this place and will never go back.

5 + STARS. Val was so professional and did excellent work and gave me exactly what I wanted . I have put off getting my eyebrows microbladed for years due to my fear of them no coming out right , but I’m extremely happy with my results. I can’t wait to have my touch up in a few weeks .
