We were blown away with the work that Innovative Floor Works did with refurbishing an existing concrete patio. We had had several different concrete contractors come out to evaluate the project and suggest solutions. We got everything from "take it all out and start from scratch", to exorbitant estimates for the simplest "power wash and stain" solutions. Tom Duffey came out and came up with a solid proposal to resurface the patio and add decorative strips of stamped concrete to mimic the existing slate porch. During the resurfacing phase, the crew leveled out some low spots that had been collecting water over the years. He guided us through selecting the stain color/finish, and the end result exceeded our expectations! Our patio went from a stark, pitted, slippery swathe of concrete across the entire front of our house to an attractive, inviting space. I can't recommend Innovative Floor Works enough!!

Tommy and crew came out and provided us 2 concrete pads, a side walk and a concrete front porch. The pads and porch can out fine, but the sidewalk did not account for the slope and sinks towards the middle. now we have mud coming over it. We paid for a drain pipe, but never got one. I called him to ask him to put one in, he said he would, then we have never heard a peep from him since. Highly recommend you reconsider. We will have to hire someone to fix it now. Poor Quality, Not Professional, Not Responsive, Poor Value. Sad

Our work was started around July 2020. They replaced our driveway,sidewalk,under our carport,added a sitting area, and resurfaced our pool area. They did the color resurfacing around our pool and under our front porch . The worked they did at the time was awesome. Then as time went on we started having problems with the pool area top surface cracking. We contact Tom about our issues and he replied that he was short on help and would get by and looked at our concerns. Kept in contact with him and about a year later he came by to see. I never saw him, he missed the appointments he set with us. But , he did tell us at signing the contract that we would have cracks , but he would get by for the repairs. Over time now , it looks absolutely HORRIBLE. He told me he had a solution but never gave that to us. I did tell him i would probably see him in small claims court. I just dont understand, in my world , the mans word is his honor. But once you get your money, his word is useless.
