We had had several different concrete contractors come out to evaluate the project and suggest solutions. We got everything from "take it all out and start from scratch", to exorbitant estimates for the simplest "power wash and stain" solutions. Tom Duffey came out and came up with a ... More

We were blown away with the work that Innovative Floor Works did with refurbishing an existing concrete patio. We had had several different concrete contractors come out to evaluate the project and suggest solutions. We got everything from "take it all out and start from scratch", to exorbitant estimates for the simplest "power wash and stain" solutions. Tom Duffey came out and came up with a solid proposal to resurface the patio and add decorative strips of stamped concrete to mimic the existing slate porch. During the resurfacing phase, the crew leveled out some low spots that had been collecting water over the years. He guided us through selecting the stain color/finish, and the end result exceeded our expectations! Our patio went from a stark, pitted, slippery swathe of concrete across the entire front of our house to an attractive, inviting space. I can't recommend Innovative Floor Works enough!! Less

The pads and porch can out fine, but the sidewalk did not account for the slope and sinks towards the middle. now we have mud coming over it. We paid for a drain pipe, but never got one. I called him to ask him to put one in, he said he would, then we have never heard a peep from him since. Highl... More

I never saw him, he missed the appointments he set with us. But , he did tell us at signing the contract that we would have cracks , but he would get by for the repairs. Over time now , it looks absolutely HORRIBLE. He told me he had a solution but never gave that to us. I did tell him i would probably see him in small claims court. I just dont understand, in my world , the mans word is his honor. But once you get your money, his word is useless. Less

IFW did an awesome job on both projects for me; coating the garage floor and resurfacing our pool deck. They were on time, courteous, and they went above and beyond the scope of work they were hired to do. Stain began to separate within a few days of completion. Contacted Owner to correct problem. After not showing up on 2 different occasions to correct the problem, I gave up. Owner was kind enough to inform me where I could buy the materials to fix it myself. If that wasn’t bad enough, after 8 months the entire area has turned white and almost every roller mark is visible. Again, contacted owner a... More

Owner was kind enough to inform me where I could buy the materials to fix it myself. If that wasn’t bad enough, after 8 months the entire area has turned white and almost every roller mark is visible. Again, contacted owner about the new issues and he offered to refund the cost of 2 containers of sealer. Unfortunately this wasn’t going to correct the issues from the peeling. Contacted a new contractor to correct the work and was told after inspection that entire pool and cabana area will have to be removed with a grinding wheel and redone.
