She always goes out of her way to accommodate my chaotic, disorganised life, and she’s honestly worth her weight in gold! ⭐️Then Bryn turns up like a member of the family. I genuinely feel so at ease having him (or any of the team) in my home. Zero hassle, zero judgement… probably even better than having a family member round, if we’re being honest! 😅😂We also more recently had a second visit for a completely different issue, this time from the lovely Matt. He diagnosed and fixed the problem there and then. He was fantastic with our young dog, who insisted on getting involved, and was one of the friendliest, funniest people you could hope to meet. My cheeks actually hurt from laughing so much!Honestly, the team at Upsher aren’t just exceptional at what they do - they’re trustworthy, friendly, professional, and consistently go above and beyond for their customers.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We booked Upsher for our annual boiler service. We have used them before and they also attend other flats in our block. Matt was informative and clear about what he was doing and the state of our boiler. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a problem with my built-in toilet which frequently would not stop flushing until I had taken the panel off to try and fix it. Scotty, from Upsher, worked very hard and on it, which was awkward to access and had non-standard parts, difficult to source. I am very happy that it is now working perfectly. Scotty was very pleasant and polite too.

Boiler service today, the usual helpful and friendly attitude from Bryn. Good to see that my query on a water hammer I’d logged on their system had been remembered, with a promise to seek out further advice from other members of the Upsher team.

Upsher Heating & Cooling have installed my new boiler and have been servicing it annually. The company is really easy to deal with, with great communication and an excellent team. They are always punctual and arrive with a smile and a quick friendly chat. Scotty always does a great job and takes me through the details of the service and photos that have been taken. I would highly recommend the company.
