Eco Flooring surpassed every possible expectation we could have had. Long story short, we purchased a new home and had a short timeline to accomplish a flooring project in the basement along with a complete kitchen renovation. Glauco and his team finished perfectly within the timeline we gave and the end product is amazing. The experience working with Glauco and Eric couldn’t have been any better. They were extremely attentive and considerate of every concern every step of the way.It started off as a mere phone call inquiry into healthier flooring, to which Eric went to great lengths in a long phone call to explain everything about flooring including flooring types, their healthy Low VOC options (a priority for me), and what would be best for our basement. He gave us his phone number and was very easy to get in touch with to arrange a quote. They offered a competitive price with the non-toxic floors I was looking for and the floor options look awesome.We were then working with a different kitchen company and asked Eric to gives us a different kitchen quote just for comparison. The thing about his quote that stood out versus the other and won our trust was that it was itemized - no vague, large, single cost like the other guys, you could see and knew what all the project entailed and what the cost was for each part of it. I work in analytics and my wife is an accountant so we have an eye for detail and this really made us comfortable. Plus, they have great kitchen work all over their social media that also showed their workmanship. Both Glauco and Eric were extremely communicative every step of the way around every detail of the kitchen to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and envisioned.An example of how well these guys pay attention: we are very sensitive to dirt/dust/etc from the work being done since we have a little one in the home. Glauco noticed us speak about this very early on and from then on all of his guys would end their work day by vacuuming all of the work space and the area around the kitchen. I’m not sure if this is standard for them (I wouldn’t be surprised since they’re so good) but it really made an impression that they worked 8-6:30 and still found the time to vacuum and cleanup the space at the end of a long day each day. Heck, Glauco was on his hands and knees with the shop vac on the last day making sure every little thing was tidy and perfect and his wife was cleaning the inside of the cabinets. They simply don’t cut corners and truly care about the end product and the customers happiness.We used them for basement floors and a complete kitchen remodel and will likely use them for future renovation plans we have elsewhere in the house. You would be crazy to not use Eco Flooring. The customer service and work quality from quote to finish cannot be topped by anyone else. Your home is your pride and joy - you want the best, so go hire the best and work with Glauco, Eric, and team.

I had a disappointing experience with this flooring company and ultimately decided not to move forward with them. During the consultation, the salesperson repeatedly made negative comments about my home (which is only 3 years old) in an attempt to make his flooring product seem more appealing. Instead of offering constructive recommendations, the remarks came across as unnecessarily critical and unprofessional.What made the experience worse was the condescending tone throughout the conversation. When discussing payment options, he gave me 2 different answers when I inquired about financing. First he mentioned they only offer financing for $6k and below, then when I asked how to get started, he quickly replied that it is only available for projects $6k and above. I can pay cash but wanted to explore several alternatives before tapping into savings. He then asked me, “Do you know what ACH is?” in a way that felt dismissive and insulting. It gave the impression that he assumed I was uneducated or unfamiliar with basic financial terms.I also left the interaction feeling as though he doubted our ability to afford the project, which was both uncomfortable and inappropriate. A professional consultation should focus on helping the customer explore options and feel confident in their decision, not belittle their home or make assumptions about their finances.Because of this experience, I chose to look for another flooring company that treats potential customers with respect and professionalism.

I recently requested an estimate from Eco Flooring USA and had a very concerning experience. The representative, Brad, used aggressive high-pressure sales tactics during the consultation. He insisted that I sign a contract on the spot and, when I asked for time to review the quote and consult with a friend, he became unprofessional, accused me of 'wasting his time,' and repeatedly threatened to walk away.+1I was hoping for a professional consultation, but instead, I felt intimidated and coerced into a decision. A company that prioritizes pressure over transparent communication and customer comfort is not one I am willing to work with. I strongly advise others to be cautious and insist on having time to review any agreement before signing.(1/2)Now 2/2 - owner reached me and apologized for his sales rep behavior and he asked me to delete the review than I have deleted after that he came to my house again and showed some samples and we didn’t like much and also went to his office due to respect on him but i didn’t like much on pricing .4 days later he gave me quote of 54 k and he told it is include railing , steps and flooring . My builder toll brothers asked me very less for entire flooring with Shaw brand material . This owner gave me quote for 34 with same brand . I was shocked his sales rep forced me to sign at 22 k I have text and owner doesn’t even know that and gave quote and 34 k - I shared quote to Brad email as well - I have proof then only he came to my house to quote and beat my current flooring.Finally this is very expensive flooring company who doesn’t know about flooring definitely they will overspend money - I am not saying they are professionals but they are disrespectful and unprofessional. Check twice before going

Absolute nightmare experience with Brad. I was ready to sign a contract today if we could reach a fair deal, and I had even referred my friend who was waiting at their house for him to visit next. Instead of being professional, Brad was incredibly arrogant. He told me I was 'wasting his time' because I wouldn't sign instantly and kept threatening to walk out while I was mid-sentence.It’s a shame because I wanted to support an eco-flooring business, but I will not be bullied or disrespected in my own home. I’ve alerted my friend to stay away, and I’d advise anyone else to do the same. They don't want your business; they just want to pressure you into a signature.Be careful with this company.I might also thinking to file a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division online. This puts the company on their radar for aggressive sales tactics .Will also speak with company owner on this issue .Bottom line - forcing customers to sign in the same hour and disrespecting while taking .
