We used Bigelow Limousine for a business event and had a great experience. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, their pricing was the most competitive, and everything ran smoothly. Our driver, Lee, was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everyone in our group had a great time. I’d definitely use Bigelow Limousine again and highly recommend them.

Last night could not have been better. We hired Bigelow for a Holiday Lights tour in Scottsdale. They brought the Sprinter and we invited 3 other couples to join us for a total of 8. That was the perfect amount for everyone to be comfortable. They sent Bill as our chauffeur and he was terrific. For some of the lights he suggested we get out and walk up the block. For others he suggested he just drive slowly past. He was right each time. The last one we saw was so over the top with blowing real snow and a castle of lights and a myriad of smaller scenes all over. It was the culmination of many other great displays. The night was as close to perfect as any night could be. Just to give you an idea we are not the young kids that reviewed here but all seniors showing that the company is flexible enough to work wonders for any age group. Bigelow knows what it's doing. Thank you to the company and to Bill.

I had the best experience using Bigelow Limo! Brielle was extremely helpful and so nice to work with throughout the booking process. I reserved a 6-person limo, but requested that if their larger sprinter party bus happened to available we’d love that vehicle at the limo rate. Much to my surprise, the sprinter came to pick us up, which I am SO grateful for 😊The vehicle was amazing- super clean and comfortable with tons of amenities. They had cups, ice for our beverages, and waters ready for us onboard. Our driver, Jeremy, was fantastic as well. He was very professional, kind, and communicative.I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and my experience with them. Will definitely use them for all of my future group transportation needs!

I got the Mercedes sprinter party bus as a thank you to my girls for throwing me a bachelorette party and we took it to and from an Arizona cardinals game. We had such a blast Lee, our driver was amazing and so professional! It was extremely easy to book I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!
