My family members and I have been using Rawlings for 30 years and have had nothing but excellent service from them. I highly recommend them and also love that they're locally-owned! They've done good work when we've called them for repairs, total replacement of our heating and cooling systems, additions of mini splits, and yearly maintenance. They've been available in a couple emergency situations, and we've never been left waiting around for them (sometimes they've even called to say they're running early and ask if they can come earlier than scheduled)! Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, trustworthy, punctual, polite, and just a pleasure to interact with. They explain issues well, and have been clear about costs and fees upfront. They've honored warranties without hassle. It's so difficult to find companies like this anymore and I appreciate them so much. Thank you to Rawlings for all you do to be such a top-notch company!
