We called and had William come out to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and professional. He said the quote would arrive in 1-2 days. We waited and waited. On day 3, I asked about the quote. No response. On day, I reached out several ways and asked again if the quote was ready. I finally received an answer when I contacted the main office. They said he had been out of town, and the quote would be ready the next morning. When I asked for a quote later that morning, I received a text from him saying he had a family emergency, which I ilunsterstood. He went on to say that he had spoken with his manager and they would not be able to move us. We have a 2400 square foot home and are moving to a 2000 square foot home 2 hours away in the same state. What??? We wasted a whole work week waiting for this quote. Never did he indicate that his company couldn't handle this move. I am very disappointed in this service. Would not recommend you waste your time.

Secure Moving moved our family almost 17 years ago and we loved them so much that we hired them again to move us to another state! I can’t brag enough on how well our moving experiences have gone with them!! They are truly top notch!!! I will definitely use them again if we ever return to Alabama!!! Absolutely loved working with Amos both times that we moved!! He seems to truly care about the customer and was helpful in every way!!! The best movers hands down! We have used them twice. Once for an interstate move and then for a localish move. They take such good care of all of your things and also protect the house from damage. Could not rate higher than a 5 but would if I could!

This was the most efficient, effective and professional move we have ever experienced. The team was wonderful to work with and also lowered the stress of the experience. The boxes were labeled so well that I’ve been able to locate relatively obscure items with ease. William was so prompt, polite and accurate when initially meeting us for our moving estimate. Eddie and his crew were so polite and hard working when packing up and moving our items, and then I received the most courteous text message from Jon, their in-house repair guy, updating me on the above-and-beyond repair he was doing to a nightstand damaged during the move. This is our second experience with Secure and we definitely plan to use them again!

Jon and his wonderful crew handled approximately 50,000# (3 Tractor trailer loads) for us. Prior to the actual move, these guys came into our home and packed everything very meticulously. We've moved a few times before and have never had such great packers, nor men who were focused on protecting not just our belongings but also our house itself. They covered floors, wall corners, and banisters. Until we were able to find our new residence, Jon stored our belongings with care for several months. Should we ever have a need to move again, we know who we'll call.

The initial dealing were great, we had them pack snd store everything while we waited for our new home to be ready. On the backend though I called them 4 weeks prior to move in and they said they’d put it on the schedule. When it was getting closer to time I thought I should call and when I did they said I never called and they didn’t have the time. I will say they connected us with a different moving company and we got our stuff but that team was s “C” team at best. Lesson learned get everything in writing.

Before the move, they came to the house to walk through, give an informed estimate, and give great advice and tips we needed for our packing and move. On move day, the men who came were friendly and efficient, and the foreman of the job was especially professional. And then, after the job was done, the cost for the day’s work was LESS than the estimate. This company gets my highest recommendation, and that is rare for me.

They did an absolutely amazing job moving us from Helena to Chattanooga! The two guys worked hard for two days and got out move done it a timely and clean manner. The moving truck looked spotless and they took care keeping our house clean. On top of that nothing we had packed was broken or lost and all our furniture was treated with care and no damage. I would 100% recommend them.

Would be very careful about using this company. They are extremely expensive and do a very unfinished job. You will be disappointed like I am right now. I’ve got to hire guys to come back and finish their job. They gave me a range of what they were going to charge me said it would be on the lower end due to all the work we did ourselves ahead of time but they charged $700 more than the upper end of the range and charged my credit card without my approval. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. You will be highly disappointed if you use this company.
