We called and had William come out to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and professional. He said the quote would arrive in 1-2 days. We waited and waited. On day 3, I asked about the quote. No response. On day, I reached out several ways and asked again if the quote was ready. I finally received an answer when I contacted the main office. They said he had been out of town, and the quote would be ready the next morning. When I asked for a quote later that morning, I received a text from him saying he had a family emergency, which I ilunsterstood. He went on to say that he had spoken with his manager and they would not be able to move us. We have a 2400 square foot home and are moving to a 2000 square foot home 2 hours away in the same state. What??? We wasted a whole work week waiting for this quote. Never did he indicate that his company couldn't handle this move. I am very disappointed in this service. Would not recommend you waste your time.

Secure Moving moved our family almost 17 years ago and we loved them so much that we hired them again to move us to another state! I can’t brag enough on how well our moving experiences have gone with them!! They are truly top notch!!! I will definitely use them again if we ever return to Alabama!!! Absolutely loved working with Amos both times that we moved!! He seems to truly care about the customer and was helpful in every way!!! Also want to give a huge shoutout to the guys who carried and hauled all of our stuff!! They were strong, professional, courteous and hard working!!!! Great job Secure Moving!!!!

The best movers hands down! We have used them twice. Once for an interstate move and then for a localish move. They take such good care of all of your things and also protect the house from damage. Could not rate higher than a 5 but would if I could!

This was the most efficient, effective and professional move we have ever experienced. The team was wonderful to work with and also lowered the stress of the experience. The boxes were labeled so well that I’ve been able to locate relatively obscure items with ease. Our move was completed a day ahead of schedule and the final cost below the estimate.Need I say I highly recommend these wonderful folks. Truly superior!

William was so prompt, polite and accurate when initially meeting us for our moving estimate. Eddie and his crew were so polite and hard working when packing up and moving our items, and then I received the most courteous text message from Jon, their in-house repair guy, updating me on the above-and-beyond repair he was doing to a nightstand damaged during the move. This is our second experience with Secure and we definitely plan to use them again!
