The Bath Bros team was wonderful to work with and created exactly the accessible shower that my partner needs. They were very low pressure and collaborative when giving us a quote, were very affordable compared to the other quotes we received, and worked to get our shower done very quickly so we could get moved into our new-to-us, now accessible home (less than 5 weeks from when we signed the contract). The installation team was great - very competent, efficient, communicative, and collaborative. They worked with us to make sure everything would be perfect for my partner (including a couple last minute changes) and were almost as excited as we were with how it all came together. Great energy and great work - we cannot reccomend them enough!

A HUGE thank you to Bath Bros!! We are new homeowners so we have had quite the year of repairing and updating things in our 1900s house. We found out that our shower on the upper floor was leaking into the kitchen below and had to stop using the shower for months as we had a few services come in and tell us it was going to be pretty much a complete Gut and Install new situation.We wanted a bathroom remodeler to come out to confirm that info and perhaps provide the service for us, then we stumbled across Bath Bros on the local Facebook page. They came out and did a complete inspection, even took a look at the plumbing and the subfloor (through a small opening in the wall) and were able to provide the best explanation and knowledge on our situation. They spent hours with us explaining everything and providing a free estimate.Since we plan on this being a one and done project if starting fresh, we went all out with a custom design! Wanted to keep some of the original charm of the shower while prioritizing a solution that we could 100% depend on to resolve our issue and prevent it from happening again, with their technology and products, they were able to do just that for us.The shower is stunning and has everything we ever wanted, they had options for payment plans (which as young first time homeowners was the only reason we were able to do this project). They completed the job in two days and even weeks after, they followed up to make sure we loved it and I did mention the water doesn’t get as hot as it used to (I like it way hotter than the average person), they came out and adjusted a valve real quick for us and it’s as perfect as ever.The crew was super friendly, excited about the job, and genuinely seemed to want to help us out with this whole thing.I can not recommend Bath Bros enough and once we finishing paying off this project, we will be returning customers for updating our second bathroom!Thank you Bath Bros!

From every point of this project it has been an amazing experience! Patrick was great presenting his options with no pressure!!! Both Patrick and Greg take incredible pride in their work and it shows! I never thought this bathroom could look like this...it is amazing!!!! The Bath Bros helped us design and install a new bathtub/shower, and it was a great experience overall. They were really helpful during the selection process and gave us good advice on what would work best for our space.The installation was super thorough, and they kept us informed along the way. They also made sure everything was done right and that we were happy with it before wrapping up. We’re really pleased with how everything turned out!

OMG. I was so impressed with Patricks knowledge of bathroom remodels and his professionalism. There was no pressure and I usually like to talk to my husband first before saying yes but this just felt right. So glad I said yes. The project was seamless and done very timely. Definitely recommend them 110% and im still happily married.

Now these guys are professionals! Working with Pat was an absolute pleasure! Not a sleezy sales pitch and nonstop pressure to "Buy Now"! Can't wait to have my new tub... the Scandinavian wood grain is beautiful and much better quality and price Mad City at over double the price!
