We got a date for moving just a week in advance and luckily Lets Get Moved had availability. We gave an inventory over the phone and got a price there and then. On the day we had 3 lads turn up with 2 vans as promised. They got us packed up in about 3 hours including dismantling our furniture. We had a bit of a wait for the keys but they managed to get us unpacked and furniture rebuilt in a couple of hours the other end with no complaints about being left waiting around. They were friendly and professional and took great care with our things, there wasn’t a mark on anything. Would definitely recommend for any moves, however big or small. Less

Amazing Stress free service from this company. The lads were professional, polite and punctual .Nothing was too much trouble. They liaised with the Storage facility on my behalf, and the job was complete within 3 hrs! Do use this company for your removals, you won't regret it! I've once again used the lads for a onward move. This time to the other side of the country. This was a long day for them with the drive, but once again, any small problems ( I had too much stuff!) were addressed and sorted out professionally. Can’t praise Ben and Woody highly enough. They turned up in very challenging icy conditions (my ex wife’s removers had refused to do the job the day before in similar conditions) and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was’t completely ready for them when they arrived but they were not phased in the least and lifted an entire gym and other very heavy items without any complaint whatsoever. My move was a difficult one as we only definitely realised we were actually moving the day we moved so lots of things not actually packed. Ben called in reinforcements to help pack and his guys never stopped working, first time I've never made a brew for a removal team. My husband and I are both elderly with mobility problems and they wouldn't let us lift anything. We were really impressed with his team and they wouldn't even accept a tip. Can't recommend them highly enough. Unfortunately I now have to review my review. Ben came out to look at my property and gave me a quote of £575. We didn't move any sofas, dining table and chairs, no beds, just 1 double mattress and no white goods. That quote included my craft supplies and equipment. For the reasons stated above ii thought that was a decent price. I had a lot of clothes some of which were on rails and Ben assured me that I shouldn't pack them as they could take them as they were. Moving day arrives and no large removal van but a Luton and an even smaller van arrived. I suffer from neurological conditions which cause me to fall and I'd had a fall that morning. which left me shaken up. Ben kept saying there were too many clothes and he'd have to call in reinforcements to help him "pack" the remaining clothes and there was more stuff than he'd realised so he told me that the price had gone up to £900 and I suggested we round it up to £1000 because I thought he was being reasonable. To me, pack means to arrange something safely to transport eksewhere, my belongings were simply thrown together in no order and reason.Because the vans were small they had to make a couple of trips, about 32 mile round trips. I couldn't actually leave the property until 7.45 and when I arrived at my new home we couldn't access the bedrooms because heavy pieces of furniture had been placed across the doors to them. I phoned Ben who came with Jack the next morning and they did move them and told me the rest of my belongings had been put into storage and delivered on Monday but the price had now gone up to £2100!! First of all I did not agree to the storage and called Jack out because I hadn't even been asked and I was left in no doubt that if I didn't agree to pay the new price, I wouldn't get my goods although that wasn't actually said, it was more along the lines of we need to get this payment sorted and then we can deliver the rest of your stuff! While unpacking, which I'm still in the middle of as I'm having to move things to clear spaces, I've found several items damaged which I informed Ben of, some of them quite small but quickly adding up. If you engage this company you need to check the following; A written quote The type of van used Whether part of your removal should be stored This is the worst move we've ever had to be honest Less

We had quite a complicated move and long distances between the West of Scotland to Worcester and then back to Teeside. At both ends of the journey were top floor flats . Jack and Ben were excellent throughout this move , nothing was too much trouble for them . They were very friendly , tidy and efficient and took great care with our furniture and boxes. We would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again . Less

We picked Let’s get moved because they offered the best quotation but also because we preferred a small local firm. All parts of the process were excellent. They are easy to deal with over the phone and by messages. You are dealing directly with the person who will actually do your removal. This was a 2 day long distance move and having spent a lot of time with them we found the whole team very pleasant. They were efficient, flexible about “add-ons” and hardworking. Fully recommend. Moving home from Washington to Norfolk. Got several quotes which were absolutely ridiculous. Gave Ben from Lets Get Moved Ltd. a ring and he arrived on time to give a quote. Absolutely no pressure. Took his time so he was able to give an accurate price, which we immediately agreed to. Prior to the move Ben was in touch on a regular basis to check everything was OK. On moving day four turned up and quickly had everything loaded up. No problems. They drove down to King's Lynn for an overnight stay and were at our new home in Swaffham to offload prompt the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble. They put everything in the correct room. We had to do absolutely nothing. Excellent , professional service from start to finish. Very friendly lads who are only to happy to help. Zero breakages and zero items missing.
