This is my second visit and review. Again, the excellence in customer service and quality of care earned 5 stars plus!! The oil/filter change I required, included complete inspection and computer diagnosis of all vehicle system. I equate this service to my career in the US Air Force as a logistics engineer and program manager where we conducted aircraft phased inspections to ensure reliable and readiness. A large window in the waiting room to the shop, allowed me to observe the technicians servicing my RX 350. What I observed is two technicians that are passionate about what they do! Only place I will have my RX serviced in the future!! Beats the dealership every time.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the comprehensive knowledge that Bobby and Richard exhibited. Bobby explained everything that needed to be done at my 70,000 mile check up. After completion, he explained items that will need to addressed in the future, without any scare tactics. I highly recommend Covenant Automotives! They will get my future business.

If more than 5 stars were a rating option, that's what I would choose!They are fast, friendly, professional, and provided me with timely and informative updates throughout the installation of a mild lift on my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE.This is a top-notch operation, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

What a blessing! Jamie was so kind and great to talk with while we waited on the work to be done on my Toyota. They were very knowledgeable and even took photos of everything which helps me to know priority vs what can wait a bit. Grateful to have found this place. Scheduling was easy and they got me in and out faster than I expected. My son was with me and was extremely grateful for the refreshment options. Looking forward to my car feeling as it should. Highly recommend!

After trying 3 other repair shops and the dealership to fix my 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid i was referred to Covenant Automotive by Great Lakes EV .These guys are Great . Service was kind , friendly and very informative. My Toyota was completely dead , no power at all , they Found the issues and fixed my car and got it running again. They also pointed out other issues that need to be addressed but that will be at another date .Definitely will be returning to them to fix the issues that need to be taken of .Highly recommend them for all your Automotive repairsWilliam Fields
