I was searching for a shop that focuses on Toyota vehicles and reviews for Covenant were positive, so I took the plunge. Initial visit could not have gone better. I made the appointment online, arrived a few minutes early, and was immediately greeted and introduced as I came in the door.We went over a brief history of my vehicle and what I expected, as well as what services were recommended. They took my car back right away and performed a comprehensive inspection while I waited in the customer area.The process took around an hour, and included a full report with photographs that was sent directly to my while I waited. I was very impressed by this!We decided to do a preventive brake fluid change, which took around 30 minutes or so. My total time there for everything was just over 90 minutes. Couldn't ask for better!Excellent customer service and engagement, and I will be returning for future needs. Less
