They1) provided an inexpensive diagnosis promptly, without prior appointment.2) they spent significant time outside the scope of the diagnosis to explore alternatives via research & respectful discussion3) they left the situation open-ended, and when I called back a few weeks later, easily recalled detailed estimate info, were cooperative to my constraints, and ultimately worked with me to make the repair happen in spite of multiple barriers.The key qualities they offered, in addition to competence in delivering repair services, was their flexibility and cooperation in delivery of service.Making a decision about an expensive repair is supported by cooperative, flexible subject matter expertise. If bullied or rejected as an insignificant nuisance in the transaction it makes it hard to feel confident about any outcome.This is why I would recommend their business far and above two competing repair shops in a 5 mile radius. We’re so grateful for the comprehensive and thorough service, and attention to detail that Bobby & Adam provide! They treat their clients like family and go above and above and beyond where they can. When there a new noise my van was making, Adam offered to ride along with me to help identify it. He also offered to air up my tire when we saw the tire pressure indicator light on, and discovered a nail had punctured the tire, and fixed it for me right away! He was happy to explain the whole process to me as I got to watch and learn in the shop alongside.For those who don’t know cars, a trustworthy mechanic is priceless!! I went to Covenant Automotive for a tire change and was left impressed. Adam was knowledgeable, discovered the previous shop had not screwed my tires on properly, and took the extra time to fix them all for me. He also educated me about tire buying. Plus, the waiting area had the best snacks I’ve ever seen at a mechanic’s shop! Highly recommend for top-notch service. Less

I have no words to express how amazing Adam and his team are. I called 30 mins from closing and asked about an appointment the next day and he told me to just come now and he’ll have a look before he leaves for the day. That was already above and beyond in my opinion. On the way to his shop my tire ball joint snapped and I was stranded. I called to let him know and he told me to give him my location and he’ll come look at it on the side of the road. It doesn’t stop there, he came with tools and an extra part to fix it enough to get it on the tow truck without causing more damage. My car ended up having after market parts that his tools didn’t fit on, so he went to the store MULTIPLE times to get the parts that did fit it. He started helping me at 5pm (after his shop closes) and it’s now 7pm and he’s still here figuring it out. I cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for this shop.
