I was led by the Lord to this facility for 1 problem with a used 2016 toyota rav4, but by God's grace and mercy He allowed them to do a complete diagnostic test and a few other things were discovered that needed immediate assistance, they broke down everything to me and let me know what needed immediate attention, and by the help of the Lord I was able to afford, to get the work done immediately, I truly thank God for sending me to people who take pride and honesty in what they do, so if you own a Toyota or Lexus they specialize in great work on those vehicles, I wholeheartedly recommend them very lovable and caring people from the receptionist to the ones that work on your vehicles

This is the first repair shop I've visited in 17 years that I feel I can trust! My 15 year old 2011 Toyota Prius needed sway bar link replacement & they beat the dealer cost by $150! They even replaced my filthy cabin air filter (which is hard to reach) & still beat that dealer cost!I wish I had gotten my brakes fixed here & not the less trustworthy repair shop I visited 2 weeks ago!!! The diagnostics they did told me what needed immediate repair & what should be watched. They even vacuumed!The staff was very friendly & immensely helpful & the repairs were done very quickly! I will definitely be coming here again! THANK YOU!

After being just basically mistreated by the local Toyota dealerships, Covenant was a breath of fresh air. I truly think they’ll have my business for life, from ease of scheduling and getting in with them to loving how they do business and being local. I think if you need a good mechanic for your Lexus or Toyota locally you should come here.

Called in to get pricing on a 60,000 mile service and mentioned I had something hanging down under my car and Adam said I could come in and he would take a look and let me know if it was anything serious or not. He ended up pulling my car in a s putting it on the lift to repair the under carriage which had came loose from the body of the car at no charge. I highly recommend this shop for their honestly and integrity. Thanks Adam!!

I would highly recommend taking your Toyota/Lexus to Covenant Automotive. The communication is outstanding so your never left curious what’s going on with your car. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Pricing is fair. Thorough inspections and explanations for repairs were also nice to have!

Bobby was absolutely wonderful, and so was the super sweet lady working up front—I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name! The customer service was fantastic from start to finish, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me rather than just getting me in and out the door.They even surprised me with a little gift for my baby who will be here soon, which was such an incredibly thoughtful and unexpected gesture and honestly meant so much to me 🥹🫶🏻The entire experience was easy, quick, and stress-free, and the service itself was excellent. I will absolutely be coming back to Covenant for any future service my car needs. After dealing with Lexus of Dayton and another Lexus dealership previously, the difference in both customer service and overall experience was night and day.
