My small education and training business is currently facing a post-pandemic restart with most of the established methods of meeting new clients still closed off. ETC was suggested to me by a business contact as an excellent source of marketing advice so I booked the Free Business Review which is an in-depth two-hour session on Zoom.I found Sue from ETC to be excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and highly understanding of my own particular circumstances. Sue came up with many innovative suggestions for how my advertising could be targeted and the best venues to place it. Possible sources of funding and equipment were discussed and Sue was successfully able to talk me out of many of the mental "blocks" I had regarding things I wanted to do but had previously avoided because of perceived obstacles in the way. If you are facing challenges with your business, ETC will find effective solutions for you.Sue also suggested a number of other ways I could reach my local community that I had not even considered, such as leaflet drops. She was mindful of my currently very small budget due to reduced capacity from the pandemic and came up with actions that were appropriate and would best use the limited funding I have available.I was quite surprised with how thorough the Free Business Review was, providing far more than just marketing advice.
