Absolute scammers. I canceled my account months ago and I’m still getting emails about them trying to “refill my account” I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT !!!!! They don’t answer emails but consistently send them. SCAM! Less

The Customer Service response time is also excellent and I have found that every issue I have experienced has been resolved. I needed to resolve some issues with my TekMatix website. I had worked back and forth via message with Nat, and we just couldn't make any headway. We set up a one-hour time to meet on Zoom to further investigate the problem. Not long after we got started, she found the discrepancy and provided a fix for it. There is no site that has as many components as Tekmatix. The idea of putting all of my services in one place is fabulous. So far, I've been able to figure out quite a bit myself thanks to all of the training videos. In addition, email responses from Tekmatix support plus live zoom calls with teksperts has been a huge help.
