Rich was so helpful from start to finish, from helping us pick out a stove and fridge in our budget, to coming out and installing! Thank you so much for all your help! He went above and beyond and we are so grateful.

Pittsburgh Scratch and Dent has a wide selection of appliances. The woman and I personally just bought a Gas stove and refrigerator for not only a steal but the condition was better then I expected for it being a Scratch and dent store. If your in need and live in the area stop by Rich will not only give you great customer service but goes above and beyond to make sure your get a great deal.

The most down to earth sales person I ever met. Highly recommend going to him if you need anything.

I had to message them 3-4 times before getting more than an automated message from them. Horrible communication.
