A rep came to my door while I was in a work meeting. I stated such through our Ring doorbell. I also let him know that we rent and have no say in roofing companies. He ignored it then proceeded to place a card at my door. I then said “please don’t put something on our door”. Request was completely ignored. When I texted the person on the card (Bobby Booshay) and shared the video from my Ring as proof, they said “okay thanks”. Absolutely no apology for the lack or respect to my request. Being “faith based”, I would have assumed they would have had more integrity.

Have had the absolute pleasure of working with Terry Fletcher, the President and Founder on two occassions in the last year. Like most homeowners, I'm always concerned that the contractor/service provider is going to overcharge and underperform. Terry and his workers are just the opposite. Our new roof looks amazing after the hail damage. My contractor, Dayton, and all of his crew were professional. They were efficient and worked with care. I was impressed that the job site was so clean and tidy throughout the process. Overall, I am pleased with the result and highly recommend them.

We had all the siding on our home replaced, as well as having to have our chimney rebuilt. They were so easy to work with. The work crew was so professional and very kind. We are planning additional work with them in the spring.

Roofing job well done! It was easy to see Dayton and his crew doing the best they can to get the job done as expected. BTW, I did not expect the workers to clean up after work so CLEAN. The crew absolutely cleaned out all the surrounding area after all the chaos. That was not expected. This contractor is an easy recommendation for every homeowner!

S&B did a fantastic job on a rental property of ours. We had a budget and a deadline, and they were able to meet both of those to get the home ready for listing. The quality and care that Terry and Brandon showed were unmatched by any other contractor we met with. We had multiple estimates for the scope of work (new roof, siding, gutters and exterior paint) and they were not the cheapest, however they were the most professional and the most communicative throughout the whole process. I'll happily pay a premium for high quality customer service and S&B delivered. We replaced the 15 year old cedar fence which was on a 3 foot stone wall. The new fence was made up number one Cedar pre-stained best quality. Topped with flat cedar. Their suggestions were very helpful to us in making this decision. Their expertise and attention to all detail was what made us know. This is quality five-star company. With the project-started on time, as promised. The crew were professionals, they knew they’re responsibilities. They worked well together, and a pleasure to have on our project. Either the father or one of the sons were on site each day to ensure the work was being done as specified. One of the three we’re on site.
