They responded to my call very quickly and adjusted their schedule to accommodate mine. After coming out and assessing the situation first thing the following morning they said they would get back to me shortly after speaking with their scheduler. They were able to fit me in the next day. The work they did was quick, clean and professional. On top of all that they were a pleasure to be around. on labor day about 5pm we noticed a lot of honey bees around our back door. we went out a different door and realized we had a swarm on the house. i pm'd the local county bee group and they told me to post the swarm for the local keepers to come get. then a SECOND swarm showed up. none of the locals would come help as the bees went into the roof. so the county bee group recommended honeybee rescue. we were very concerned about doing as little harm to the bees as possible, but we also had to remove them fast as we are roofing that part of the house in 4 days. ty came out with his partner and spent the morning removing the bees. there are still some stragglers but ty told us that they would die off over the next few weeks, and that the queen and the nucleus of the swarm was gone. they cut the side of the house for access to the roof where the swarm had settled and cleared out the bees and the beginnings of comb, then sealed it back up. we have to replace the siding as it was cracked anyway. (we have extra siding) so i think this was the best solution. honey bees are so endangered that it is important to try and save as many as we can.i think this company did a good job, and i will recommend them if someone has a swarm show up.

Gave this beekeeper a call and he quickly identified my ‘bees’ as yellow jackets after I sent him a picture of the ‘bees’ heading into their nest. With that determined I easily contacted an exterminator with no guilt. I would not want to kill any bees! We need those lovely pollinators!

I highly recommend Honey Bee Rescue Co! When I discovered bees swarming around a third story eave outside my house I called three exterminator companies. None of these were willing to do bee removal. My daughter found the Rescue Company on line. Ty came to assess the situation the afternoon I texted their office on a Friday afternoon. He is very knowledgable about the behavior of bees and the rescue process. He checked outside and inside the house for bee activity. Ty and his assistant came Monday morning and finished by early afternoon. Ty explained the process as they were working and answered any questions I had. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They do a wonderful job to conserve the honey bees. Plus I was given a free bottle of their honey!

Ty, Alyssa and Linda are a dynamic team. Courteous, professional and punctual! We had a huge bee hive in between our first and second floors. They were entering through the soffit. Ty and Linda carefully cut it open removed all the bees and 7 foot long hive, then did a professional job repairing the soffit. A few days later when straggler bees accumulated in the same area, they returned immediately and took care of it. I highly recommend using this company!

I have been purchasing and using their honey for years. It is the purest and most flavorful honey we have ever tasted. We have replaced our sugar usage with honey. Not only in our hot morning drinks we add it to our afternoon iced drinks as well. Our sourdough baked goods have never tasted better. What we appreciate the most is that the honey is harvested locally and by awesome and honest people.I would recommend all of their products.

We have been getting honey from Ty and Alyssa for a few years now. It’s our go to for local honey all year round. My kids often eat it by the spoonful and it goes in our smoothies and teas. I feel so lucky and grateful to have played a small part in a swarm rescue! I spotted these cuties gathered on a fence and googled “honeybee” and this organization appeared.I called and a friendly guy answered right away and he came right over to tuck them carefully in his bee vacuum.
