Ann Marie Walts is amazing at what she does. Her knowledge and hands are a deadly combo. I did some research and found her online. I visited her to get my old Keratine hair extensions taken off and she did just that. I took 3 naps on her chair while she took them off, speaks volume on how gentle she was or on how great her products work, who knows. Point is she got the job done, effortlessly! She is truly a hidden gem in West Springfield and I highly recommend. Thank you Ann Marie for freeing me of my knots and headaches with such grace.

Ann Marie Walts is the one to go to for all of your hair needs! She is a multi talented woman who knows everything about hair, extensions and so many other beauty services. I went in with fine shoulder blade length hair and wanted a blonder/longer length look. During the consolation, I felt like I was really understood when I expressed my wants. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and she really takes care of you. While she was doing my hair she was very gentle and precise. Also did i mention she has a recliner chair and netflix? This made me feel right at home and so relaxed. Ann Marie matched my hair perfectly to the extensions and the length was everything I hoped for. When I walked out of there I felt like I got a whole makeover and I was ready for the runway ☺️ I am so impressed with Ann Marie’s work and would definitely recommend her.

Really enjoyed my makeover! Ann Marie was extremely thorough in her consultation. After removing the weft extensions (never again) I had installed at another salon, she colored my hair to perfectly match the new great lengths extensions she installed. It was an enjoyable experience, and I love the look and comfort of my new great lengths extensions!

What an amazing experience. My youngest son is getting married and I wanted to look beautiful. I remembered how beautiful she made me look and feel years ago so I called her for extension since my hair is very thin. She explained everything to a T. Since I wanted curly extensions she gave me a perm with a million rods ( not really) but it was a lot of them. She colored my hair to perfectly match the extensions and today she fused the extensions to my hair. When she got done and I saw myself in the mirror I was so taken by the amazing work she does and once again she made me feel so special and beautiful. Every woman deserves to feel the way I felt leaving her salon. Thank you so much❤️❤️
