Our wedding would not have been possible without Amie!As someone with a chronic illness, the thought of planning a wedding seemed impossible so after deciding we needed the help of a planner, we looked around and found Amie. We started on a zoom call and immediately knew we were in good hands. She was there from the very beginning, all the way to the end and it was a pleasure getting to know her over those 12 months. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry which is really a priceless asset when you've not been around many weddings and you're trying to save money. She took us on all our venue tours, recommended vendors and helped us communicate with them, made sure we were asking the right questions, kept us on track so everything was done on time and helped us curate the atmosphere we wanted for our day. I can't imagine what it would have been like to do it all ourselves. She took so much of the stress out of the experience. On the big day she was there early setting everything up and checking in with all the other vendors and she was one of the last ones there making sure everything was packed away properly. The day ran so smoothly and it was incredible not having to think about any of the logistics while enjoying the day. I never thought a planner was necessary until planning my own wedding and now I tell everyone just what a difference it makes. Whether you're needing more hands on help with full planning from start to finish or even just on the day coordination, I highly recommend Amie and her team. It is well worth the extra expense to have someone you can trust to take care of your day and be able to enjoy it with your loved ones.

I can’t recommend Amy enough, we did on the day coordination for our wedding and this woman would go to war for you. Amy was so supportive, organised and a delight to work with. I cannot sing her praises enough. Keeping everyone on schedule, advocating for us and hearing us stress about things all the way leading up to the wedding was not an easy task - but none the less, she did it with ease. If your someone thinking that wedding coordination is an optional or luxury, please remember that you actually want to enjoy your wedding and be present! 💝

I had the pleasure of working alongside Amie from ARLAI Event Co at Crystal Palace and Courtyard on Friday 1st May and she was absolutely fantastic!Calm, thorough, incredibly organised and so easy to work with from start to finish. You can tell she’s the kind of coordinator who has thought of everything. Even her tool belt said it all… she had absolutely everything on hand should anything need attention throughout the day.Amie helped coordinate the bridal party entrance and worked alongside me to cue and guide those important ceremony moments so seamlessly. Her calm presence made such a difference behind the scenes and helped everything flow so smoothly.I would highly recommend her services to any couple planning their wedding and I really hope we get to work together again soon.

We met Amie over 12-months prior, and she was amazing to deal with from the start. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, enthusiasm, and overall desire to help us achieve our dream wedding are unmatched. She always made herself available for us whenever we needed in the lead-up, and always had solutions for us, whether the request was big or small.Our wedding day went absolutely perfectly from start to finish, because of the amazing work Amie was doing in the background. We had multiple guests comment on how well the day flowed and the way everything had been timed. Amie fully coordinated with our vendors and the venue and everything that came up for us that we had questions on or thought out, Amie was already on top of and already had a solution ready.
