She was, by far, the most communicative and proactive realtor I have ever experienced.From our very first phone call, Jessica immediately got to work. She added my wife and I to weekly emails with new listings and set us up with MLS access. Anytime we texted, called, or marked interest in a house, she followed up almost immediately with additional information like the foundation type, age of the roof, property details, and possible showing times. We never felt like we were chasing her for information. Most of the time, she was already one step ahead of us.We were lucky enough to find our dream home pretty quickly, and Jessica worked with us at all hours to get our offer submitted and make it as competitive as possible. Once our offer was accepted, Jessica REALLY went to work. We were on a tight timeline with my wife and I leaving for our two week honeymoon and her getting ready to start the school year. Jessica stayed on top of our lender, attorney, and the seller's agent to keep everything moving. Because of her, we were able to leave for our honeymoon knowing everything was taken care of. We came home, did our final walkthrough, and closed on our house essentially within a month of having our offer accepted!What stood out most was how honest Jessica was throughout the entire process. She wasn't just trying to sell us on every house we walked into. If she saw something that concerned her, she told us. Her knowledge of homes, different loan types, the offer and closing process, and all the little details that come along with purchasing a home was incredible. She was also always on top of the paperwork, deadlines, and communication.Jessica genuinely looked out for us from our first phone call all the way through closing day. If you are looking to buy or sell anywhere in Massachusetts or beyond, I cannot recommend her enough. We truly could not have asked for a better realtor to help us find our dream home!
