Alma showed up 15 minutes late. Upon arrival a walk-through was conducted, then the cleaning lady went to her car but took another 15 minutes before starting the job. We purchased a 4 hour clean at an hourly rate of $50/hour. 10 minutes before the end of a the 4 hour clean, the cleaning lady had already packed all of her supplies back into the car.Do not hire Indy Cleans as you might lose 40 minutes of cleaning when paying hourly.The company refused to offer a discount or refund from the total cost.

Mary Beth at Indy Cleans did a phenomenal job at deep cleaning our home. I had two broken legs and was bedridden for months so many things pertaining to cleaning had been let go. She got everything in tip top shape again. She is very friendly, personable and accommodating to your needs. Highly recommend!
