I reached out to him regarding replacing the TXV on my 2-Ton Trane heat pump unit which was a R22 system. He informed me at the time of the call that he would be able to complete the job on my heat pump system and with parts and labor it would cost $908.53. So in order to confirm services that I would have to pay for the TXV part which was $349.09, and a time was scheduled for him to come out and take a look around the unit to make sure it was easily accessible. Coop stated he was not going to come out and do a diagnosis since I had already gotten one from another company he was just going to change the part in question. (I should have known he wasn't so reputable who runs a true business and strictly goes off what another business say and don't do there own proper diagnosis.) Coop and his son arrived at my home on 4/1/2026 @ 9:15am seen on multiple camera systems rushing taking their belongings on this side of my house where the heat pump system was located. My husband ended up working from home that day and looked out our side window to see Coop rushing and seeming to be very fidgety. At 9:22am my husband walked around the side of the house and Coop jumped in shock to see him home. After a while my husband proceeds to come in the house and look out the window during in which at the time Coop is supposed to be pulling vacuum on our system. When Coop saw my husband looking at him out the window ( he get his son to block the window so my husband cant see how much refrigerant is being recovered.) So, my husband goes back outside to ask about the refrigerant and was then told that we were low 4lbs. Mind you a reputable company came out a couple days prior and informed us the we had the proper refrigerant the issues with the TXV valve. So, OK at 10:21am he informed my husband that he had to leave to go and get a supply of R22 refrigerant to put back the 4 lbs that was all of a sudden gone from a couple days ago. (I'm not sure how this happen when the system hadn't been running and there was not a leak on the compressor.) He and his son returned at 10:42am rushing to finish the job due to earlier him stating he has to hurry up because he is son has to be to work at noon and he has to get some work out of him. Well here is another lie from this non disclosure of his. "It states labor would be approximately 3 to 5 hours", so you mean to tell me between 9:26 and 10:21 am you pulled and completely recovered old refrigerant, removed the old TXV, replaced / brazed the new valve using new seals, replaced the filter drier, ensuring the sensing bulb was correctly position and recharged my system properly in that short amount of time. By 11:20am he was asking my husband to turn on the A/C inside the house never informing us when he came back that he had put 407C refrigerant into our system. Never did we discuss him pulling R22 from our system and mixing it back with 407C. So sir if my system held 6 lbs of refrigerant and you recovered 2 lbs of R22 but had to put back 4 lbs of the 407C, you mix the Freon and locked my system up. He stayed at my home long enough to see the system turn on and he hurried up and left. My husband monitored the system after her left and notice not even 3 minutes after he left that the compressor was making a funny noise. He called him back and told him that there was an issues and the compressor wasn't sounding right and he states he did his job and it wasn't his issue. This system didn't run 2 full hours before completely going out. This guy mixed refrigerants and locked up our compressor. I reached out to him and his only resolution was that I signed a non disclosure, but yet you did follow the rules of your own non disclosure because it states you would " recharge system with existing refrigerant" and this you did not do you contaminated my system with 407C the oils mixed and locked up my compressor. I have proof of paper work from 7 reputable companies that this was the root cause of my problem. Your wanna be business is already listed as dead pooled it will just go down even more.
