Came out same day for an emergency repair at a very reasonable price when compared to another provider in the area and got things working temporarily until he could quote me for a full repair. They told me what needed to be done, how it would be done, and then came back a few days later to get it done. Misdiagnosed the issue and quoted 5X the cost to fix something that was not even broken. On top of that would not admit he did anything wrong and stood by his charges. He Charged roughly $450 to misdiagnose, over fill Refrigerant, and dye. He quoted $1250 in labor to replace the compressor. Entire repair bill from a reputable company was $267. When I contacted him to request a partial refund... More
