Most of the students were already experienced with PMU and using machines, as someone with no experience I wish there was some sort of apprenticeship for more hands-on practice and experience, but that's just my desire. Looking through Kim's client photos, I was excited to see that the style of the brows she created were exactly the natural look I was going for. I made my appointment right before COVID shut all the business down. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled and I had to wait 4 months get rebooked. Kim was in touch regularly with updates on the studio's status. When I finally got into the studio, the experience was worth the wait! The studio was nice, clean, beautiful and relaxing and followed all the safety standards for COVID. Kim guided me through the whole process, constantly checking with me at different progress points to make sure I was happy with the color, shape, darkness of the shade, symmetry, everything! It definitely made me feel confident that I was going to be happy with the final result. I'm about a week into the healing process and she has been checking in on me and my brows. After years of getting eyelash extensions I was tired of the expensive up keep and my natural lashes became so weak and brittle. I was looking for an eyelash treatment that could bring my natural lashes back to life and the GEL Lashes treatment did just that! My first treatment with Kim was in the early Spring of 2019, and my natural lashes are now longer and healthier than they’ve ever been! I love how easy the process is, just lay down, relax (I fall asleep) and wake up with your lashes lifted and the aftercare with the serum and keratin mascara is all you need! Then I finally took the plunge and got my eyebrows done by Kim! Her process is so gentle (I have a weak stomach for pain, I get anxiety and have fainted while getting blood drawn for the doctor) her technique actually tickled and made me sneeze a few times, haha! No bruising, no swelling, no bleeding...it's amazing to me that her work is so good and not painful at all! Her attention to detail, during the process and follow up afterwards with healing process was truly above and beyond what I expected. I LOVE my eyebrows! Her technique is so much better than my friends that had microblading gone! I get compliments all the time on my eyebrows.
