I was a member of Dorchester Badminton Club for 35 years and had some really great times at club nights, participating in club tournaments and social events and travelling across the county to play league matches. Our social events and pub visits weren’t too bad either! The club is incredibly well-organized, with plenty of opportunities to learn and improve your badminton skills, no matter your level. The Friday club nights are the highlight of the week – they’re super friendly, inclusive, and always a great way to meet people and enjoy some fun yet competitive games. I've really noticed my progress over the years, and it's all thanks to the supportive and encouraging atmosphere. One of the best parts of the season is definitely the tournaments – a fantastic way to wrap up the season with some exciting matches.
