When Adam saw the concrete floor of our external garage, he reckoned it must have been laid by someone with little knowledge about concrete and a hand mixer. It had been seeping moisture ever since we moved in, and everything in the garage gets mouldy. Also, bits kept flaking off. The brief, therefore, was to make it watertight, and ensure the garage was usable again. And that is certainly how it is now. First they ground the concrete to get to a smooth-ish surface, then waterproofed it, sealing joints between concrete platters, then added the top layer. Even after just a couple of days, the garage has a different feel - the floor feels solid again, and it is certainly less damp. Well worth the investment. A great job, and they know their stuff. Floormasters recently recoated our workshop floor in the Spartacote. We had a few holdups with Covid interfering but once they got to us in Rotorua they were efficient, clean and tidy and the floor has come up brilliant. Very happy with the result.
