I work for Gracepoint and I love working for them. They are very professional but they also treat the clients like they are family. When working with them, you can feel warm. Ashley, Joyce, and Amanda, in the Foley office, goes out of their way to make you feel like you are a part of the team. We have a family closeness that can not be explained. We as a company are there for each other as well as for the client. Ashley is a great manager. She is professional with the love for her clients and her staff. Joyce checks on us to make sure we are doing okay. Amanda is there to listen and all three combind are unstoppable. You can work for a company that is just a company or you can work for a company that is compassionate, caring, understanding, and treats like you are a part of something. Gracepoint has been a great company to work with. When my wife became ill and had trouble getting around they stepped in to provide me some assistance while I continued to work from home part time. Top among them was Shannon. Shannon always arrived with a smile on her face and in her heart. She was consistently helpful and caring. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

What a blessing Gracepoint has been to my brother and I as we care for our Dad in his decline due to dementia, diabetes, and heart disease. Each part of the process from admission to working with caregivers and their supervisors has been excellent. Everyone shows genuine compassion in their caregiving. The supervisors communicate regularly with the family to ensure care is continuous and meets the high standards Gracepoint promotes. They have many levels of care for the changing needs and hours of care patients need. We are relieved to know our father is in good hands when Gracepoint is with him.

I am a 49 y/o male, and had a massive stroke in 2022. I had used three different home health aid company over these past few years. I was connected with Gracepoint Home Care. I now feel alive agrain. I no longer feel the people coming in my home just want a pay check.I am now treated as if I was family. After a career as a Social Worker I have referred many people to home health agencies. I wish I would have known about GracepointHome Care then, because I would have reffered all my clients to Gracepoint Home Care. I will never look for another Home Health agency again.The adminastrion are just as great as the aid,because the are always available. They have a geniue care for their client they call and check up on you personallyIn closing I highly recommend Gracepoint Home Care If you want them to be treated as you would treat your own family.
