We first met Katie at Higgy Con, a wonderful event connecting individuals with scoliosis with each other and with providers of services and products. Later, we drove from Indiana to her new clinic near Chicago for an evaluation and treatment session. We'd been doing Schroth at home with our daughter as we are both PTs, but needed more training and help as it is not our area. The clinic was bright, spacious, and calm. Katie was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The technology was smooth and effective. We definitely learned a lot, tweaked a lot, and came out feeling better. Highly recommend her practice for anyone in the Midwest. She also has lots of online resources, classes/courses, and various other programs. Perfect for your young teen at the beginning of the scoliosis journey or as an adult with long term scoliosis issues. High recommend.

I highly recommend working with Dr. Katie Blanchard! After having five zoom sessions with her and following her Schroth exercises for less than 2 months, my scoliosis has never felt better and I can see visible changes in my posture. I truly believe that her exercises are going to be one of the keys to my 50 degree scoliosis not progressing as I age past my current 58 years. Katie is professional, friendly, kind and super knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to work with her. She is amazing!

My visit with Katie was extraordinary. I have seen a Schroth therapist before, but didn’t understand it until I met with her. I feel so much better and more confident living with my scoliosis. I am age 74, have arthritis, & recently found out that I have developed scoliosis. I did some research to determine how best to prevent progressive symptoms with the weakness in my back. This weakness prevents me from walking for longer distances. I found Schroth Boss on the internet, & the reviews were good. I was lucky to live close enough to Katie’s office locations to be able to have 1 on 1, in person instruction. I feel positive about the exercises that Katie taught me & believe that with continued effort on my part I will achieve reasonable success for someone my age. She assessed & chose exercises for my entire spine, instead of only one area at a time. Katie is a pleasure to work with because of her knowledge, personality, & patience.

Katie has been amazing! Schroth boss PT is the first PT I've found that's been helpful for my scoliosis. My posture started to improve and pain started to go down after just a few weeks.
