Hi everyone, just sharing our experience so others can be aware.Pat promised to build our dream home at 1771 Serena Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. A major issue was the inability to accurately price out the backyard — even though they were the ones who created the plans.We’re actually the second party that has tried to build on this lot without success. If you're considering buying this land, I strongly recommend doing thorough research first.This review reflects our personal experience and opinions based on the events as we understood them.
