Have been coming to this office for a very long time as maintenance to my health, staff here is very knowledgeable. With fitness and the work i do my body gets stuck every now and then Derick always gets me back in track. Highly recommend if you are experiencing soreness or pain.

I don't have a problem with the service but I do have a problem with the wait time. I have had to wait at least 25 minutes a day and sometimes more. I too am busy and I might no return.

When I first came to the office I could not even walk down to the end of my street and back due to the pain in my back. My doctor was very concerned with my health because my a1c had been over 10 for at least the last 3 years, and I could barely walk. Dr Derek and his staff have changed my life! Not only did he improve the quality of my life but he was a vital part in helping me get my life back. I am happy to report that after 6 months my a1c is now below 7. My walks are getting longer and longer everyday, and my over all health has greatly improved. I can't thank this office enough. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an outstanding chiropractic experience.

Optimum has such a great family/friend atmosphere from when you walk in to a smile from Lexi then a double smile from the Derick before and after he helps you with your problems. The process is quick but is also very informative on what they will do and what you can do in the future to help you stay in great shape

I’ve been coming to Optimum Chiropractic for just over 6 years. I’ve never been treated better than I’ve been treated here. Everyone in the office are extremely friendly and accommodating. If I can’t make it in for my monthly maintenance session, they can reschedule quickly. If my schedule changes, they can get my appointments changed as well. I’m really thankful to their team! My daughter had neck issues and after a couple visits is now feeling better. The treatment by the staff was professional, kind and helpful. It was our first visit to Optimum Chiropractic in Urbandale and we will be coming back because of the excellent care of Dr Derek and staff.
