Absolutely wonderful place. I went from not able to stand longer than 10 minutes, not making it through the grocery store, the airport for a connecting flight, playing with grandkids and so on. It was awful. Now, I only come in for maintenance visits and feel wonderful! Very important to maintain, I never want to feel like I cannot stand or walk the walk!! Everyone here is fantastic!

I’ve been coming here with my mom for a while now to get my back adjusted, and every single visit has been a great experience. From the moment we walk through the door, everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk staff always greets us with a smile, checks us in quickly, and makes the whole process easy. The office is always very clean, organized, and has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed while you’re waiting.I started coming here because I was dealing with back pain that was making everyday activities uncomfortable. I wasn’t sure how much an adjustment would help at first, but after my first visit I could already tell a huge difference. They got me in really fast, listened carefully to what was bothering me, and explained everything they were going to do before starting. They made me feel comfortable the entire time and answered any questions I had.After my adjustment, the pain I had been dealing with was relieved much faster than I expected. I could move around a lot easier, and I felt so much better walking out than I did walking in. Every visit since then has continued to help, and I’ve noticed a big improvement overall. It’s obvious that they truly care about helping their patients feel better instead of just rushing people in and out.What I appreciate the most is how kind and respectful everyone is. They treat every patient with care and take the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your appointment. You can tell they genuinely enjoy helping people and want everyone to leave feeling better than when they arrived.I also really like that they don’t keep us waiting for a long time. Appointments are efficient, but I never feel rushed. Dr Caleb is fantastic, he makes sure I leave feeling well adjusted and is such a nice man! The front desk girls are so sweet and remember who I am every time I come in, Sam is so friendly as well! Dr. Derek and all of those who work at Optimum Chiropractic are incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They always work hard to get you in, even if the schedule is full. Dr. Derek is professional and takes the time to answer your questions. He'll walk you through the plan to fix or maintain whatever back or neck issue you're experiencing. He has worked on my children as well and was very patient with my special needs son. It's an inviting environment with friendly staff and I always feel better when I'm done with my appointment. The reminder texts for an upcoming appointment are a nice bonus as well!
