If there was a minis they'd get it.Dentist wouldn't listen about a painful tooth Abscess was visible on xray. I still had to beg him to extract it. He sutured it trapping the infection inside. I had to be in the care of other dentists and hospital as he still wouldn't acknowledge it was infected even with pus draining everywhere out of it.The same happened with another tooth that was cut in half ... The assistants even took turns holding my hand (that was so calming for me to have someone there but seriously just over and above with the service) Dr. Maheesh was also very supportive with telling me how well I was going, how good everything was looking, and with the uncomfortable parts just reminding me it wouldn’t be took long till he was finished. It was a day I really wasn’t looking forward to, but I can honestly say I didn’t feel that much and the small amount that was a bit uncomfortable, I didn’t feel alone or like I was just another client, I felt like they were paying attention to both my teeth and my anxiety level.I trust them fully with my future dental care and I’m so glad I went to them! His work too, is brilliant, my tooth filling is sculptured to perfection and I feel no pain at all. His services are very reasonably priced as well. I thoroughly recommend this surgery, it is the best dental experience I have ever had. I am filled with respect and gratitude for Dr Nair and his team. we waited all day for a callback, didn't get one, we called them back at 4.45pm put on hold then cut off, had to call them again only to be told that we were not eligible for their dental scheme. waited all day in pain, if could give 1/4 star that seems too much for this unfriendly business. thanks for nothing. we now have to search for a friendlier dental that knows what their doing....
