I had a new EV Charger installed. I worked with Tim to get a quote and provide details about the installation process. Tim was very knowledgeable and made some recommendation for the right kind of charger for my car. I read the reviews and found that those he recommended were highly rated. His crew did a very good job of installing the equipment. When the installation was finished, I had some difficulty connecting the phone app to my system. I recently used Emerald Electric to have some exterior outlets installed. Tim gave me a quote the same day I explained what I wanted done; which was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received in the past. The day of installation I received a window ETA and a list of (4) names who would be doing the work. When the crew arrived they were in and out in about an hour and a half, explained everything they were doing and asked for any alterations that I wanted to make along the way. They wore shoe covers, cleaned up and vacuumed after they were done.Everything from price, communication, work, and professionalism was top notch. I will be using them for any future electrical work. We recently used emerald. They upgraded our breaker box, ran power out to our back yard for our pool. The also put a box in our garage etc.... we are soooo happy with the work they did.
