Update 11/19/25: Owner came over and explained additional details on the delay and inspected the roof more that showed why the delays are occurring. We are still waiting on the insurance to respond to continue with the repairs.I’ve had interior water damaged caused by roof issues since April. It’s about to be 7 months since I reached out to the remodeling company and no repairs have been made. The inside ceiling has been getting worse overtime and they keep telling me to wait for the insurance as it can take a year. I cannot wait a year as we are heading into the winter with snow. If I continue to wait this will lead to additional costs on my end and worse damage not only to the home but potential health issues with the extensive water damage inside. I will update the posts if things get better but unfortunately this has not been a good experience. If the owner can reach out to clear things up that would be great.

I am happy with Remodeling Ramirez, Oraldo Valentin, was very informative providing a detailed explanation of what had to be done and how the work would be handled. The employees in the company, were very respectful of property and completed an outstanding job with the roof and the clean up process. The work overall is of high quality. I would definitely recommend this company.
