Update 11/19/25: Owner came over and explained additional details on the delay and inspected the roof more that showed why the delays are occurring. We are still waiting on the insurance to respond to continue with the repairs.I’ve had interior water damaged caused by roof issues since April. It’s about to be 7 months since I reached out to the remodeling company and no repairs have been made. The inside ceiling has been getting worse overtime and they keep telling me to wait for the insurance as it can take a year. I cannot wait a year as we are heading into the winter with snow. If I continue to wait this will lead to additional costs on my end and worse damage not only to the home but potential health issues with the extensive water damage inside. I will update the posts if things get better but unfortunately this has not been a good experience. If the owner can reach out to clear things up that would be great.

Remodeling Ramirez Inc. is absolutely a five-star company! Byron provided exceptional service right from the start. He didn't just explain the process; he offered to speak directly to the insurance company on my behalf, which was a huge relief. He clearly outlined the full process and duration, warning me not to give up, as these things can take a while. True to his word, Byron fought for me and got both my roof and gutters completely replaced. If you're going through an insurance claim, don't settle out of desperation. Wait for Byron—he will get your case resolved. Espera a Byron, él resolverá tu caso. ¡Altamente recomendado!
