I’ve been going to Reshape Health for three weeks and I’m already seeing brilliant results. I joined to do strength training to support my running, and in a short time I’ve increased my fitness and lost inches from my hips, waist and tummy. The all‑female gym has a really safe, welcoming and non‑judgmental atmosphere, and the group personal training sessions are motivating and well-structured. Jon is fantastic, supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging and the groups are full of lovely women, which makes every session enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Reshape Health to anyone looking to build strength and confidence in a positive environment.
